Strategic Direction to Strengthen Organizational Management of the Food Company in Malambo

This article presents a comprehensive strategic analysis of Company N** (name omitted for confidentiality reasons), a French multinational catering and facility management company with a presence in over 50 countries. The main objective was to identify internal and external factors influencing its competitiveness and to establish strategic guidelines that strengthen its operational performance and adaptability to global dynamics in the service sector.
The methodology was descriptive-analytical, based on document review, secondary information analysis, and theoretical models such as the SWOT matrix and Porter’s Five Forces.
Results show that the company faces challenges related to cost reduction pressure, rapid digitalization, complex international logistics, and increasing demands for environmental and social sustainability. Although it has competitive advantages from global experience, infrastructure, and international presence, it needs to enhance innovation capacity, refine internal processes, and diversify services.
The study concludes that strategic direction should focus on sustainable growth based on three pillars: process optimization, digital technology integration, and expansion into growth markets.
