La espiritualidad como fundamento del liderazgo ético: hacia una antropología integradora para las ciencias sociales

Este artículo propone una articulación teórica entre la espiritualidad humana y el liderazgo ético, afirmando que ambos comparten una base antropológica: la capacidad de orientarse hacia un bien que trasciende el interés individual. A partir de una revisión integradora de la literatura en psicología, ciencias sociales y teorías del liderazgo, explora las dimensiones espirituales—significado, trascendencia, relacionalidad y responsabilidad ética—como fundamentos estructurales del liderazgo transformacional, del liderazgo de servicio y del liderazgo auténtico. Los resultados muestran que los líderes con espiritualidad desarrollada tienden a ejercer una influencia más coherente, humanizadora y sostenible, especialmente en contextos de incertidumbre y complejidad social. El artículo concluye con implicaciones para la formación de líderes en instituciones educativas, comunitarias y organizacionales.
