The literature review was carried out across Scopus, akin to ScienceDirect and Google Scholar, utilizing specific terms to encompass pertinent studies. Furthermore, articles, books, and conferences addressing BIM Model Management were pinpointed. The findings underscore its growing significance in the construction and engineering sector due to BIM's widespread adoption.
